  • SINGLE GIRDER OVERHEAD CRANE SYSTEM

    The single girder overhead cranes go through our manufacturing as standard cranes where the capacies vary between 1-25 ton.

     It is appropriate for low headroom and short span plants.

    Light for transportaon and stacking, as well as reliable and economic soluons for costumers.

    Investment costs are lower.

    Highly opmised for installaon and comparavely lighter therefore, less load on plant.

  • DOUBLE GIRDER OVERHEAD CRANE SYSTEM

    CESAN has a vast producon capacity that is capaple of producing both standard double girder hoists and double girder overhead cranes between 1-160 tonnages.

    Especially, provides a safe workplace whilst liing and loading heavy tonnage goods.

    Placing the hoist on the top of the girders, enables the maximum liing height avaible.

    The maintenance plaorm is a standard procedure that comes with the cranes situated along with the girders, enables maintenance and fings.

    Special sandblasng is used for girders consistent with the world standards in conjuncon with painngs. Considering the workplace enviroment, appropriate types of painngs can be applied.

    Main criterias for girder designs include the appropriate FEM, DIN, VDI, CMMA norms to be used as the basis of producon.

    Just as one or more hoists can be implemented over the same girder, another seperate monorail hoist can also be adapted below the same girder enavling costum solions.

    Hoists can be both operated with the movable push buons along the gider or a remote control on demand, alternavely, a cabin can also be designed for an operator to use. Also please bear in mind that the cabins are fixed and can be moved along the girders as it works independently from the lied goods.

  • GANTRY CRANE SYSTEMS

    • DOUBLE GIRDER GANTRY CRANE SYSTEM

    Gantry cranes are stabilised to the ground where it only can be operated along the runway rails to enable liing and loading on outdoor works. It differs from the overhead cranes, parcularly where the welded box girders are connected with the legs, as well as, the movement of cranes are ulised through the wheels aached to the boom of the legs.

  •  JIB CRANE SYSTEMS

    • COLUMN MOUNTED JIB CRANES

    On reinforced concrete supports using brackets On structurally suitable, square or rectangular reinforced concrete supports which can be freely enveloped, wall jib cranes can be mounted with brackets. The required tension forces can be applied through threaded rods to hold the crane securely to the support at the desired height. The support must have the required minimum width for this. CESAN delivers brackets designed for the support dimensions, together with the required mounting material.

    • WALL MOUNTED JIB CRANES

    On steel supports using wall bracket/mounting The simplest type of mounting of wall jib cranes is the bolting onto existing steel supports. For this, the supports must be of structurally sufcient size (they may need to be reinforced) and exhibit a sufciently wide connection surface. All CESAN wall jib cranes include this mounting option in the scope of delivery of standard equipment. For types Çavuş and Miralay this is provided through the wall bracket and for type Müşir through direct bolting on of both wall mountings.
